I found the bathroom really lovely. Complimentary toiletries, tea, and coffee were a nice touch. The apartment was a short walk to public transport.
The blanket in my room was yellowed. It was also sticky. Behind the bed, the area was visibly dirty. Dust and debris were accumulating there.

a MIXED experience

poor isolation unresponsive staff
I found SEVERAL issues . The air conditioning unit didn't cool the room effectively. It barely circulated air. the noise isolation was poor. I could hear EVERYTHING from neighboring rooms. the staff was UNRESPONSIVE when i reported these issues.

useful utensils comfortable bed lovely shower
The kitchenette included a hob and microwave. I found utensils and plates useful for quick meals. The bed was comfortable. I had a good rest. The shower in the bathroom was lovely.
I did notice some marks on the walls in the room.

adequate stay

this place was a little gem that i found! it has everything i need like a bedroom, a bathroom, and a kitchenette with a hob, a microwave, and a fridge. it even had an ironing board, utensils, a hairdryer, and a kettle. accessing the hotel was easy and the communication was fabulous.
my room was located on the ground floor and it had a sash window. this window couldn't be locked and opened directly onto a courtyard. people were regularly gathered to smoke. the furniture was old, damaged, and stained.

convenient stay near the tube

ample daylight convenient connection comfortable bed tidy room
the room was larger than i expected for the price i paid here i noticed plenty of daylight and nearby shops the public transport connection was convenient to use the kitchen had everything i needed for a short stay. i found the shower and kitchen appliances worked well the neighborhood was quiet and i appreciated this the location is close to public transport. i found the bed very comfortable and i slept well the room was clean and tidy when i arrived.

customer service was good and the staff were helpful i appreciated their cheerful attitude and willingness to assist with any questions i had the self-check-in process was straightforward and convenient.

many mini shops are nearby the room had everything i needed including a kettle and utensils this made it easy to prepare simple meals the proximity to various restaurants was a definite plus.

spacious room needed amenity
I found the room quite spacious with all the amenities i needed. a kitchenette, hairdryer, and air conditioning were available. A tv was there also.
The room seemed to need a very thorough cleaning. Some details was to have been overlooked.
